Meet the band members.
Tom - "shleet dAWg" (vocals)
"shLEEt dAWg" has been fronting local bands for over 10 years. Recently asked about learning new songs he stated, “With all of the login names and passwords I have to remember these days, I don’t believe my hard drive (brain) has the capacity to learn more lyrics!”
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Jessica - (vocals)
Jessica’s musical background is classically and jazz based, with a little bit of blues and a lot of rock. Recently from the all girl band "Lash", Jessica's powerful voice and stage presence is now part of the energy and excitement that CIA is all about. Got Jamo anyone?

Don - "Spiderman" (drums) (vocals)
In addition to being resident timekeeper for Caught in The Act, Don also takes pleasure in making sure the cooler is always full for rehearsals and gigs. He started playing at an early age and continues to shape his musical sensibilities.
A die-hard rocker, Don has been comfortable making people dance since the late 90's.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Craig - "Mr. Cakes" (guitar)
He's been on stage entertaining audiences since the 1980's. Utilizing a gritty blues/rock flavored influence from the likes of Don Ricchio & Fredrick Miller. This "Screamin Norwegian" thrives on the energy of live crowds.
No matter if it's the dead of Winter in the bars & clubs or the blazing heat of Summer at various festivals and parties, you're gonna find yourself playing air guitar with him on or off the stage.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Gar "Professor" (bass)
Playing bass in the Milwaukee area since 1978. Some past bands include Monopoly (disco), Sweet Cheeks (Mowtown) and many rock and variety bands over the years. Rumor has it he knows how to do the Electric Slide... he's been Caught In the Act!
Gar's favorite bass player joke:
Q. How do you get a bass player to turn down?
A. Put some sheet music in front of him.
If you know a better one, send it to him.

The original Brew City Horns, The hip doctors of funk " Mark E, Mark"
on trumpet, " Blue bone Joe" on "T" -bone, and the man of many hats,
Steve "Ride That Reed" Brennen on sax.
Mark - "Mark E, Mark" (trumpet)
Jammed with many of Milwaukee's top bands such as: Cold Sweat & The Brew City Horns, Hot Sauce, The Tom Green Show, Rick DaMore, and the big Band In The Mood. I received a funkology degree by performing with Mary Wilson and the Supremes in 1999. I somehow found myself nominated two years in a row for best brass player at the WAMI awards.
Now that I have grown up at the young age of 44 I have spent all of my energy in Milwaukee's newest, Funkiest horn band Caught in The Act.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Joe - " Blue bone Joe" ("T" bone)
"T" bone got his nickname for three reasons. One is that he is Milwaukee 's up and coming bone player. Two is that when he's not playing music, he is breaking his bones snowmobiling or dirt bike racing. And three, girls, Joe is single!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Steve - "RTR" (saxophone)
Always serious and level headed. The one in the band that will find solutions to problems. (see picture) Here, at a Sheboygan Ice bowling event, Steve demonstrates the clear thinking and problem solving abilities that make him famous. They were short of bowling balls, Steve gladly volunteered to be a ball! Steve has been kicked.... ahhh..had the honor to have played with many local bands with many different musical styles, salsa, jazz, swing, rock and funk. When not playing in the band, you may find Steve working on a classic MG, or repairing saxophones. He may also be out to lunch ....fishing, or getting into water fights with the neighbor. Come to a gig to see what he does next!
